Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Kensington Labs, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality research products with care and precision. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.
Returns
We do not accept returns on products unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect. This is due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research compounds, which must be handled under strict conditions.
If you receive a product that is:

Faulty or defective

Incorrect (not what you ordered)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
To initiate a return for a faulty or damaged item, please email us at support@kensingtonlabs.co.uk or use the contact form on our website. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. In the case of incorrect or damaged goods, you may also be eligible for a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@kensingtonlabs.co.uk.
