All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked Delivery. We aim to provide fast and reliable service for all our customers.

• Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 1.30 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1.30 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched the following Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.

• Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, parcels are typically delivered within 1 working day via Royal Mail’s 24-Hour Tracked service.

• Tracking: Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kensington Labs UK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
