No, you do not need special credentials to purchase peptides from Kensington Labs. However, they are intended for research use only and not for human consumption.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer next day shipping as standard. Orders are typically processed the same day if ordered prior to 2pm (Mon – Fri) and shipped via royal mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only have options to ship the the USA.

Due to the nature of our products and the storage requirements to maintain their quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
How should I store my peptides?
Peptides should be stored at -20°C or lower in a sealed container with a desiccant (a substance that absorbs moisture).. Once reconstituted, they should be kept in the refrigerator to maintain their stability and effectiveness.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Yes, we provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each batch of peptides to ensure their purity and quality. These can be viewed and downloaded from our Certificate of Analysis section for the peptide you require
Do you provide Bacteriostatic water with the peptides?

How Much Bacteriostatic water do I mix with my peptides?
There is no right or wrong amount of water to mix with your peptides, however, the amount of Bac water you mix will have an effect on the dosage amount you intend to draw from the reconstituted peptide. You can use our dosage calculator via the link below to assist with the end dosage you require after detailing the amount of water you have mixed. 2ml is generally considered a good amount to mix in order for easy dosage calculations.
What is the dosage for the peptides?
Due to the nature of our ‘Research Only’ licence. We are unable to provide any information and/or guidance regarding dosage protocols or suggestions of use. Our peptides are for research use only, and therefore you as the buyer are responsible for how you intend to use them in your research.
Are the peptides pre-mixed and ready for use?
No, all our peptides are shipped in lyophilised powder form. this is to ensure the shelf life of the peptide remains at the absolute maximum. You will require bacteriostatic water in order to mix the powdered peptide.
A peptide is out of stock, when will you have more stock available?
The stock levels on site are in real-time, therefore if it is indicated out of stock on site, we do not have any available for shipment. the ETA for a restock on any products out of stock is usually 7-10 working days. If we do not intend to restock a product, we will remove it from the site completely.
